
Marinated Oyster Mushrooms

Quick and easy recipe for marinated oyster mushrooms in one day - a real opportunity to make quality, simple, fast preserves for winter. And so delicious, just try it!
Ingredients
- Oyster mushrooms 1 kilogram
- Water 600 milliliters
- Salt 2 Spoons
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Bay leaf 2 pieces
- Peppercorns 6 pieces
- Carnation 6 cloves
- Dill (dried stems) 3 tablespoon
- Garlic 2 cloves
- 9 % vinegar 4 tablespoon
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients.
- Rinse the oyster mushrooms and cut them off the cluster.
- Put the mushrooms into a saucepan, pour water, add all the spices.
- When the water comes to a boil, add the vinegar and cook for another 25 minutes over medium heat. Remove from the heat and cool.
- Slightly cooled mushrooms transfer to the jar. The brine should just cover the mushrooms. On top of each jar pour vegetable oil (1 tbsp.), place in the refrigerator - and the next day the mushrooms are ready!
