
Pasta with mushrooms and parmesan cheese

Quick and easy stuffed mushrooms
Ingredients
- 8 ounces pasta (any type)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook until they are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss with the mushrooms and garlic until the pasta is well coated.
- Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top of the pasta and stir until the cheese is melted and the pasta is well coated.
- Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired, and serve hot. Enjoy!
